1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. All members must comply with the Club’s Bylaws, Rules, and Code of Conduct.

Types of Memberships:

  • Regular Membership
  • Associate Membership
  • Corporate Membership
  • Junior Membership
  • Social Membership

Each membership type has specific privileges and obligations as defined in the Club Bylaws.

2. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Pay dues, fees, and assessments timely.
  • Abide by club rules and codes of conduct.
  • Treat staff, guests, and fellow members with respect.
  • Maintain appropriate attire and etiquette, especially on the golf course, dining areas, and fitness facilities.

3. Guest Policy

Members are welcome to bring guests but must:

  • Accompany them during their visit.
  • Register them at the front desk or pro shop.
  • Ensure guests follow all club rules.

Some guest restrictions may apply depending on membership level and facilities usage.

4. Dress Code

The Club enforces a strict dress code. Appropriate golf, tennis, and dining attire is required. No swimwear, ripped clothing, or offensive graphics are permitted in club facilities except in designated areas.

5. Facility Use

Members must:

  • Comply with scheduling policies (tee times, reservations, etc.)
  • Observe quiet hours and event protocols
  • Follow instructions of club staff and safety regulations

We reserve the right to restrict access for maintenance, private events, or health and safety concerns.

6. Code of Conduct

Unacceptable behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership. This includes:

  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Vandalism or property damage
  • Unauthorized use of facilities
  • Repeated rule violations

7. Cancellation & Termination

Membership may be terminated by:

  • Written resignation (subject to club policy)
  • Non-payment of dues or fees
  • Breach of T&C or bylaws
  • Disciplinary action by the Board

Refunds are subject to the terms of the membership agreement.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Your information is never shared or sold without consent.

9. Liability Waiver

Members and guests use the Club facilities at their own risk. MPCC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss unless due to gross negligence.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use bots or scrapers
  • Post harmful or illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to breach site security

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, notified by email or club bulletin.
