On Saturday, May 2nd, Mid-Pacific Country Club marks a milestone a century in the making. We invite you to step away from the modern world and through the clubhouse doors into the year 1926—to celebrate the founding of our community. For one special evening, the Kaʻohao Ballroom will be transformed into a grand gala of gold, music, and indulgence.
The gala is designed as a refined, cocktail-style journey throughout the property. As the evening unfolds, members can wander through a curated series of culinary experiences—from the Ocean Harvest Raw Bar to the Island Ahi Showcase, Tenderloin Carving Stations, and a decadent dessert buffet.
Members can discover a hidden Speakeasy featuring Prohibition-era cocktails (accessible by token), step out to the poolside for a curated bourbon and cigar experience, or visit the Wailea Grill for even more offerings. Sip on passed Champagne, a curated martini experience, and complimentary cocktails from bars throughout the club.
The Soundtrack of the Centennial
The night’s energy will be guided by an incredible lineup of local talent. The Prelude, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm, will feature the sounds of Paul Shimamoto, Kamuela Fernandez, Kawika Kahiapo, Sally Davis and Kit Ebersbach. The evening culminates with our headliner, the Deja Blu Band.
Planning Your Evening
This is an exclusive member experience. As such, member reservations are required and can be made on the club website. Tables are strictly limited to a maximum of eight guests, with limited availability for The Charter Table experience. The Speakeasy access is limited and requires an additional fee unless included with The Charter Package experience.
The Charter Table Experience
For members seeking the most captivating experience, we offer The Charter Table experience. Starting at $2,400, this curated VIP experience accommodates up to eight guests only, and includes admission, two bottles of Dom Pérignon (valued at $1,000), premier table placement (closest to the stage), access to the Speakeasy, early entry to the event, a commemorative centennial coin, elevated table presentation and priority valet service for up to three vehicles.
Reserved and Open Seating
Reserved seating is only available through The Charter Table Package, and open seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members may split a table and package pricing may be shared with other members of the Club with advance notice, and per person pricing will be applied accordingly. This event is reserved for members only and all members must be 21 and older.
Evening Attire
To maintain the atmosphere of the 1920s, we encourage vintage elegance. Think refined, formal attire with a nod to our founding era—tailored suits, tuxedo-style looks, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, and flapper-inspired silhouettes paired with polished footwear.
